How it Works
After submitting your order, your payment details will be verified with your
issuing bank. After processing your order we will notify the vendor of
successful sale. In some cases, Reg.Net fulfills the order and in some cases
the vendor is responsible for doing so. Each product page indicates how the
order is fulfilled and your sale confirmation will confirm this information.
All charges will appear on your credit card statement from "Reg.Net" or "DR
*PRODUCT".

- Checks: All checks must be in USD and drawn on a U.S. bank.
- Wire transfer: To pay by wire transfer, select wire transfer as the payment

certain to include your order number with any wire transfer to avoid delays in
completing your order.
Foreign Currency
At this time, Reg.Net supports the following currencies:

To change the currency, add the item to your cart and select the currency from
the drop down list. You can update cart to see the exact amount of your order.
At this time, Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard is the only method of payment for
non-USD orders. Unlike many sites, Reg.Net will actually charge you in your
native currency. Be advised that credits/refunds posted in non-USD may not
match the exact amount of your order due to currency fluctuations.
Ordering Methods

- fax - If you wish to order by fax, please setup a pending order. You can then fax
your credit card details to the fax number provided in your confirmation
e-mail.
- mail - If you wish to order by mail, please setup a pending check order.
You can then mail your check or credit card details to the address provided in
your confirmation e-mail
Refunds/Returns
In many cases, trial versions of the software are available. As such, all
refunds must be approved by the vendor. Please download a trial version if
available to ensure that it meets your needs before placing an order.Before
returning any product or requesting a refund, please contact the vendor
directly to see if the problem can be resolved. In the case of products that
are shipped, if a refund is approved, a full refund less shipping and handling
charges will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction.

Reg.Net is owned by Digital River, which has offices across the U.S. and the
globe. As such, we will collect sales tax from the residents of each state and
country in which we do business. The exact tax amount will appear prior to
collecting your billing details.
If you are a school or government institution or are purchasing a product for
resale, you may be tax exempt. To place your purchase without sales tax, please
fax your tax exemption certificate to us or send an e-mail with your exemption
number.
Support Options
Support is available through the vendor directly. To obtain the technical
support information, you can visit the product page where you will find the
details you need. Reg.Net can only provide support for your purchase, not the
product itself.
Receipts/Invoice
Following the completion of your order, you will be able to print a copy of
your receipt/invoice. In addition to the confirmation e-mail sent to the
billing part, this will serve as record of your purchase.
Shipping Methods
In some cases, the vendor will be shipping the item to you directly.
Shipping price is based on country of origin (where it is shipped from) and
destination country (your country).
