Description:
WinEdt (shareware: try-before-you-buy) is a powerful, extremely flexible and versatile text editor, native to Windows, and with a strong predisposition towards the creation of [La]TeX documents.
WinEdt provides a customizable graphic user interface for compilers, TeX systems and other non-GUI oriented applications. The editor supports Syntax Highlighting and Spell Checking with the ability to highlight misspelled words as they are being typed. WinEdt's Menu, as well as its Graphic and Keyboard interfaces, are
completely user-customizable. Macro language provides additional functionality, intended for more demanding users. Additional dictionaries and other plug-ins for use with the program are available at the WinEdt Community site: www.winedt.org.
