WebTimeSync Site License
Description:
WebTimeSync 5.6 connects to one of the NIST atomic clock time servers to get the current time for your system. The Version 5.6 release is Windows XP visual styles compatible, fixes a problem with "still executing last request" errors, changes the order of the server list, and adds the capability for WebTimeSync to check for updates to itself automatically. You may update your system's time up to 15 times before you are required to register. It is small (around 350K). WebTimeSync is now shareware, and costs $10 US as a one-time payment with free upgrades; you may order it at http://www.victechsoftware.com/register.html. This program may not work with all firewalls, if you encounter problems, ensure that port 13 on the firewall is open (the DayTime port) before contacting support. This program requires the Visual Basic 6.0 runtimes (MSVBVM60.DLL) and the Microsoft Windows Installer (Preinstalled with Windows 2000, Me, and XP, instructions at http://www.victechsoftware.com/webtimesync.htm) to install. Please note: it can take up to 24 hours to receive your registration key.
